Full Booking
Conditions
When you book your holiday
accommodation you are entering into a legally binding contract,
subject to the conditions listed below. It is in your interest to
read them.
All caravan reservations are
accepted on the following conditions:

Bookings are from 3:00
p.m. on the day of arrival (Saturday) to 10:00 a.m. on the day
of departture. Guests will be required to pay for any loss or
damage to furniture and equipment provided.

The management are relived
of all liability should the accommodation not be made available
due to circumstances beyond their control. The deposit and all
other payments will be refunded in full.

The management will accept
no liability in respect of injury or damage to persons or
belongings on the caravan site or the farm.

A booking fee of 25% must
be paid with a written confirmation of booking. The balance of
account must arrive at least 28 days prior to arrival. Payments
should be made by cheque pr postal order. Please do not send
cash unless in a registered envelope. We reserve the right to
re-let accommodation if the outstanding balance is not received
in the specified time.

In the event of the hirer
cancelling, the booking fee will be forfeited. However, if you
do cancel your booking then it gives us certain rights which we
are entitled to exercise. However much notice you give, you are
in breach of contract. We will try our hardest to re-let the
accommodation but obviously cannot guarantee to be able do so.
If we do not re-let we are entitled to look to you for payment
of the sum you originally agreed to pay. If you have to cancel,
it is obviously in your interest to do so as early as possible
because it gives us longer to try to re-let.

We regret no dogs or pets
of any kind are allowed.

No large numbers of all
male or all female parties will be accepted.

£30 per person extra on parties of more than
4 (excluding under 5 yrs)

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, the
